How far in advance should I place my flower order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery may be available depending on inventory—please contact us to confirm.
Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Yes! You can request specific flowers, colors, or arrangement styles by contacting us directly or using our custom order form.
Photo Booth Rentals & Decor
What’s included in the photo booth rental?
Our 360 photo booth rental includes setup, props, lighting, a backdrop, and an attendant. Rentals are charged hourly.
How much space is needed for the booth?
You’ll need about a 10x10 ft open area with a nearby power outlet for setup.
Delivery & Service Area
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Indianapolis, Carmel, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary by distance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We may offer same-day delivery depending on availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged products reported within 24 hours. For rentals, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for a partial refund (minus deposit).
